想到如何當助教 (自己超喜歡的主意)

我常常在想  要怎樣

                                                                               

1.演習課才有效率?

                                                                               

2.免除做數學習題沒解答的痛苦? (這是很重要的困擾)

                                                                               

                                                                               

所以我就想到一種當助教的好方法

                                                                               

                                                                               

                                                                               

助教發助教寫的習題解答於演習課之前,這樣子同學可以自己寫習題,遇到想很久

                                                                               

還不會的題目可以看解答,在演習課的時候也就可以只問看解答還是不懂的問題了

                                                                               

。然後同學可自願交作業,若是有同學不知道自己的寫法對不對的可以再交給我,

                                                                               

若是自己對過後覺得自己寫的沒有錯就不用交了。最後是每次演習課都小考,以小

                                                                               

考為演習課評分標準,並以此來督促同學讀書。用這種方式要特別強調解答的使用

                                                                               

方法,要讓同學知道要自己思考過才能看解答。





優點:

                                                                               

1.有解答自己做習題方便多了。

                                                                               

2.演習課只問剩下看過解答還有的問題,較有效率。

                                                                               

3.省下助教改習題的時間。尤其像很多作業是抄的,可以讓助教不用花時間改抄的作業

                                                                               

  同學也不用浪費時間抄作業。

                                                                               

4.以小考讓同學能有固定的讀書進度。

                                                                               

                                                                               

缺點:

                                                                               

1.怕同學使用解答方式不對,變成沒有自己練習思考問題,考試前背題目。

                                                                               

2.不用交作業怕同學自己以為自己的寫法是對的,卻因為沒有交作業而沒有糾正到。

                                                                               

3.助教要改考卷,同學常常要來小考。演習課時間卡死。
